Why you?: Bttn is a leading provider of high-quality medical supplies, dedicated to improving patient care. We're looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving the successful execution of various projects within the medical supplies industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, marketing, sales) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables for new product launches, process improvements, or other initiatives.
  2. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  3. Utilize project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to effectively track project progress, identify and address roadblocks, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  4. Manage project communication by holding regular meetings, creating status reports, and keeping stakeholders informed.
  5. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within project teams.
  6. Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure project alignment with compliance requirements.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Manage project budgets and ensure expenses are aligned with approved allocations.

To be successful at bttn, you must have the following types required or preferred:

  1. Strong written and verbal english
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  3. PMP certification or minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  4. Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex projects on time and within budget.
  5. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure.
  8. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  9. Working knowledge of medical terminology and regulatory requirements (a plus).
  10. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a proven ability to minimize errors.
  11. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  12. Proficient in Google Workspace/Suite, Slack, etc..

Skill Sets. Knowledge Of:

  1. Startup company experience preferred 
  2. Marketplace or E-Commerce experience preferred
  3. Medical Supply experience required

 Salary Range $75,000 to $95,000, plus company equity/bonus structure/benefits
